Families’ House was set up in 1995. We are a successful and expanding Registered Charity having received The Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in June 2007 and The Guardian Charity of the Year award in 2004. Our Vision is to improve the quality of life of vulnerable children and their families in Norfolk and Norwich by meeting their specific needs. Our main activities are a volunteer befriending service and parent support groups, and a Supervised Contact Service for parents and children who are separated from each other.
