Read moreOn Thursday 3 June, the Friends held their annual fundraising event at the John Innes Centre. Matthew Rice (architectural enthusiast, author and artist) gave a talk entitled "Norfolk Buildings - Our Heritage Explained". There was a reception with drinks and canapes at 7pm followed by the talk at 8pm. Matthew Rice's books were on sale during the evening with the majority of the proceeds going to Families' House. The amount raised on this evening was in excess of £8,000.
