Who are we?
Families' House is a registered charity that supports families in Norwich and Norfolk with a wide range of difficulties. We particularly support families who are "parenting apart" - where parents live separately.
We offer a variety of services that include: supervised contact; a volunteer befriending service; parent support groups; a weekly drop-in for any Norfolk parent to obtain advice and support; and school holiday activities for all the family.

What do we do?
We offer services to support local parents and their children who are under stress for all different reasons.
Our Supervised contact service is arranged through the courts when a child has lost contact, or has never known, a family member whom they do not live with usually because of a family breakdown. For families who need extra support for other reasons we offer a one-to-one support service and a volunteer befriending service, parent support groups, family courses and school holiday activities.
